He holds a BSc in Physics from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics and a Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) from the Faculty of Pharmacy, both at the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. How the site's figures are made
Every figure comes from the primary source named on its page, mostly the UN World Population Prospects 2024 and the US Census Bureau. Figures are calculated from the source files rather than typed in by hand, and the site's totals are checked against the totals the UN and the Census Bureau publish. The methodology page explains each calculation.
